Policies:

-Please understand that in the beginning of our work together, sessions need to take place weekly.  As our work progresses, we can reevaluate the frequency of sessions.

-My rate per session is $175.  Sessions are booked by the hour, and the time is yours to use or not use as you see fit.

-I offer sliding scale.

-I cannot work with insurance directly, but please let me know if you are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement by an insurance provider.  I will gladly provide you with an invoice on a monthly basis which you can submit.  (I’m happy to provide an invoice more frequently, if it’s more convenient.)

-I have the following cancellation policy.  If I am not given 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation, and we can’t reschedule within the same week, I will have to charge for my time.  In the event of a no-show, I will have to charge for the session.  In addition, latenesses of more than 30 minutes will be considered a cancellation within 24 hours.  As such, if you are unable to reschedule for a time within the week I will have to charge for my time.

-I appreciate payment at the time of service.  I can take the following forms of payment:

Cash, check, any credit card, PayPal (info@psychobabble-brooklyn.com), Chase QuickPay (laurenurban57@gmail.com), Venmo (@Lauren-Urban)

Please read and fill out these forms prior to your first session and either bring them with you or email them to me at psychobabblebrooklyn@gmail.com in advance, in order to save time. If you are unable to do so, I will have hard copies available at the time of our first session.
